I need help with my password

Your password protects your privacy and security. Keep it secret, keep it hidden, keep it updated and keep it memorized! Here are a few tips for selecting and safeguarding your password:

  • Choose a password between 6 and 9 characters long
  • Include both upper and lower case characters
  • Avoid obvious choices such as family or pet names that could be guessed
  • Don't display your password where others can see it (like on a post-it note stuck to your monitor)
  • Don't use the same password that you use for your system login or on other web sites
  • Change your password occasionally for best security
