Our Guarantee:
PVI Productions guarantees that our network will be
available 100% of the time, excluding scheduled maintenance. If at
any time you experience an unscheduled loss of service, contact us
immediately by telephone. If we verify that an outage has occurred ,
we will credit your account 10% of your monthly hosting fee for each
30 minutes of downtime, up to 100% of your monthly fee.
Network uptime includes functioning of all network
infrastructure at our datacenter including routers, switches and
servers. Network downtime will be measured from the time you report
the outage to PVI until we verify that the problem has been
corrected.
