You’ll never get lowball bids followed by expensive hourly charges from PVI. Once we agree on the details of your project and the budget the price is locked in. If we fail to quote the job properly and underbid that is our fault, not yours, and we don’t expect you to pay extra. If you request major changes or additions to the project that were not included in the original quote, we will provide you with an updated project cost before starting the new work.
