Clyde Ronald “Skeeter” Hughes, 85, of Dunbar, PA, died on Sunday, May 17, 2026, in Uniontown Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Uniontown, PA.
He was born on February 17, 1941, in Dunbar, PA, son of the late Clyde W. Hughes and the late Myrtle Hammet Hughes.
Clyde proudly served his country in the United States Navy.
He is survived by his son, Dwayne M. (Dana) Hughes; two granddaughters, Aimee and Ashley; three great-grandchildren, Cole, Zoe, and Quin; niece; nephew; and special thanks to his “Buddy” Stew and Vanessa.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Rita M. Murray Hughes, and his brother, Thomas Hughes.
