Ricky Adams, 66, of Star Junction, passed away Monday, May 18, 2026, in the emergency room of Jefferson Hospital.
He was born May 26, 1959, in Connellsville, son of Raymond Adams Sr. and Joann Hillen Adams.
He was a proud retired member of the United States Air Force. Rick was retired from the Pennsylvania State Correctional System. He was a member of the Perry Gold Star VFW Post 7023, Uniontown American Legion Post 51, Perry Township. Fire Department, Perry Sokols and Star Junction Fish and Game Club.
He is survived by his loving wife, Karen Galla Adams; children: Dan Kordich and wife, Jackie of Grindstone, Craig Kordich and wife, Deanna of Perryopolis, Sarah White and husband, Derek of Monongahela and Erick Adams and wife, Maria of Perryopolis; siblings: Raymond Adams, Jr. and wife, Chelle of Point Marion, Mike Adams and wife, Deana of Star Junction, Linda Adams Means of Monarch and Melissa Adams Clingan and husband, Doug of Star Junction; grandchildren: Daniel Kordich, Matthew Kordich, Jacob Kordich, Nicholas Kordich, Madeline Kordich, Mason Adams, Ava Grace Adams, Brody Adams and Laney White; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Jeffery Adams; sister, Brenda Lester and her husband, Harold.
Family and Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, May 22, in the Eley-McCrory Funeral Home, Fayette City. Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. in the funeral home Saturday, May 23, with Pastor Jack Washabaugh officiating.
Interment will take place in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Bridgeville, PA 15017, at a later date.
Perry Township Fire Department will conduct services at 7 p.m. Friday evening, followed by Perry VFW Post 7023 at 7:30 p.m. in the funeral home.
