Antoinette Rae “Toni” Carbonara Martin passed away Monday, July 20, 2026, at Monarch Meadow personal care home in Uniontown.
Family and friends will gather to remember Toni at the SHELL FUNERAL HOME, INC., 164 S. Mt. Vernon Avenue, Uniontown, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, July 24, and until 11 a.m. Saturday, July 25, the hour of service with Pastor Jason Lamer officiating.
Interment will follow in Walnut Hill Cemetery.
