Tina R. Libertini, 66, of Brownsville, assed away Saturday, May 31, 2025, with her loving family by her side.
She was born December 3, 1958, in Brownsville, a daughter to Pauline “Pie” Martin of Brownsville, and the late Carl “Shop” Martin.
She graduated from Brownsville Area High School and Washington Hospital School of Nursing.
Tina was a devoted registered nurse for 46 years at Brownsville General Hospital and Uniontown Hospital.
She was an avid baker, and loved making pierogi with St. Nicholas Byzantine Catholic Church. Tina was loved by all and enjoyed getting together with her friends. She loved going on vacation and spending every holiday with family. She cherished every moment with her grandkids, Santina and Dominic.
Besides her mother, she is survived by her husband, Martin Libertini, Sr.; her children, Christina Libertini, Maria (Joe) Franks, Martin (Lisa) Libertini, Jr., Carey Lynn Libertini; grandchildren, Santina and Dominic; sister, Jeanine Smith; along with numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
Friends will be received from 1 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, June 4, in the SKIRPAN FUNERAL HOME, 135 Park Street, Brownsville, where visitation continues Thursday, June 5, until 11:30 a.m. when a prayer service will be held followed by a Funeral Mass at 12 noon in the Historic Church of St. Peter, with the Rev. Fr. Rody Mejia as celebrant. Interment in Lafayette Memorial Park.
