A celebration of life for Joy Ann Milligan, who passed May 19, 2025, will be held Saturday, July 19, starting with a 1 p.m. service led by the Rev. Scott Cooper and followed by a joyful celebration of her life and dinner at the First Christian Church of Republic, 183 Republic Road, Republic, PA 15475.
