LeRoy R. Marker, age 94, of Allison, PA passed away on Monday, June 30, 2025 at Allegheny General Hospital.

He was born on October 30, 1930 in Brownsville, PA a son of the late Lloyd S. and Lucille McKenna Marker.

LeRoy was a member of The First Christian Church of Brownsville.

He worked at Allied Chemical in Newell, PA. LeRoy loved to play fast pitch softball, and was a pitcher in various leagues for over five decades.

He was a Veteran of The Korean Conflict, serving with The United States Army.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Linda Kay Rochek; brother, Lloyd N. Marker.

LeRoy is survived by his beloved wife of 70 years: Audrey Bennett Marker; son, Richard Marker and his wife Denise; daughter, LuAnn DelVerme and husband Lou; grandson; Matt DelVerme and his wife Rachel; three great-grandchildren: Emerson, Olivia, and Cameron DelVerme; sister; Mary Louise Franks; son-in-law: Gary Rochek; brother-in-law; William Bennett and his wife Pat; also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received in The Allison Christian Church East Avenue Allison, PA on Thursday, July 3 from 10 to 12 Noon. A Funeral Service will be held at 12 Noon with Rev. Michael Peton Officiating. Interment will follow in LaFayette Memorial Park.
