Helen Pillar, 76, of West Newton, passed away Monday, December 8, 2025, in Jefferson Hospital, Jefferson Hills. She was born in Uniontown January 8, 1949, the daughter of the late Joseph and Helen Wilkovich Pillar.
Helen graduated from Laurel Highlands High School. She enjoyed spending time with her family.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her sisters, Louise Oleksik, Betty Mitchell, Joann Fani, Donna Stoffa, and Beverly Trader; her brother, Walter Porto; and her dog, Jack, whom she loved dearly.
Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Susan Williams (Don) of West Newton; her grandson, Jake Williams; her siblings, Nancy (Will) Stajnrajh of Uniontown, John Pillar of Uniontown, and Dee Finley of Georgia; and many nieces and nephews.
Private arrangements have been entrusted to J. WILLIAM MCCAULEY JR. FUNERAL HOME, 901 Vine Street, West Newton.
