Naomi Jane Adams, 89, of Uniontown, passed away peacefully in her home, with her loving family by her side, and went to meet her heavenly Father Saturday, December 6, 2025.
She was born October 8, 1936, in Waynesburg, a daughter of the late Clarence D. and Mary R. McKahan.
Also preceding her in death were her husband, Charles R. Adams, Sr.; son, Charles R. Adams, Jr.; son-in-law, Steven Michael Bloom; four brothers; and two sisters.
Before retiring, she a CNA at Mt. Macrina Manor.
Naomi belonged to the Pillar of Faith Church in Fredericktown. She was a very caring mother, and enjoyed crocheting, flowers, and had a passion for gardening. She also enjoyed sitting on the porch and spending time with her family and friends.
Left to cherish her memory are her sister, Kathleen Show of Masontown; son, John R. and wife Rachelle of Florida; daughters, Mary Mehalic and Rhonda Bloom, both of Uniontown, Yvonne Janus and husband Gregory of Monessen; and daughter- in-law, Roxanne Adams of Uniontown; as well as several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews; and her precious puppy, Mia.
Friends will be received in the SHELL FUNERAL HOME, INC., 164 S. Mt. Vernon Avenue, Uniontown, from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, December 10, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, December 11, and until the 11 a.m. time of service Frida,y December 12, with the Rev. Shawn Davis, Jr. officiating. Interment will follow in Church Hill Cemetery, McClellandtown.
