Keith Aubrey Gibbs, 80, of Masontown, passed away Monday, August 4, 2025 at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh.
He was born in Friendsville, Md., on September 26, 1944, the son of the late Playford and Rose Gibbs.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Linda C. McCarty Gibbs; and several brothers and sisters. He was the last surviving member of his immediate family.
Before retiring he was employed as a Carpenter at Wayne Long Construction Company.
Left to cherish his memory are his children: Tammy (Craig) Squibb, Brian (Missy) Gibbs, Michael (Sherry) Gibbs, Rebecca Gibbs and Kim (Tony) Diperro; grandchildren: Tanner (Karen) Squibb, Jozie (Brent) Miller, Kaitlynn (Brandon) Brashear, Timmy Gibbs, Christopher (Rebecca) Huffman, Danielle Dillow, Karlie Gibbs, Kayla Dipierro, Paul Dipierro and Brian Oneil; great-grandchildren: Allie Miller, McKinley Baker, Dexter Huffman, Hagen Huffman and Cecilia Huffman.
Family and friends will be received at the JOHN S. MAYKUTH JR. FUNERAL HOME, Masontown, from 2 to 6 p.m., the hour of service, on Friday, August 8, in the funeral home chapel with Reverend John DeVicent officiating. Interment is private.
