No timeline for excavator removal
An employee with Adamo Demolition walks by the company's overturned excavator that toppled into a trench Tuesday morning while attempting to raze the Courthouse Square parking garage in Washington. There is no timeline for when a crane will be brought to the site to remove the excavator or when the demolition will be able to resume. Washington County officials referred comment to the Detroit-based construction company, which did not respond to phone calls seeking information on the process. West Beau Street in the city will remain open to "local traffic" until that work begins. [Mike Jones]
