According to charging documents, shortly after 6 p.m., Uniontown police arrived at a home on Locust Street as Miciotto and Lawver were assaulting Miciotto’s girlfriend, Lindsay Custer.
Miciotto and Lawver allegedly took turns beating Custer with a tire iron, as well as hitting and kicking her, charging documents stated. Custer received a laceration on her head in the attack, according to the complaint.

Both are scheduled for a preliminary hearing on Aug. 11. Miciotto faces an additional charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
