Penn Highlands garage demo continues
Demolition work continues on the parking garage at Penn Highlands Mon Valley, with crews having removed a large section of the back corner of the structure. The garage will be replaced with a modern, level, paved parking lot featuring upgraded safety lighting and improved campus access.
