The suspect in the homicide of a Rostraver Township woman had a separate criminal case in Washington County thrown out after the alleged victim refused to testify.

Felony charges including robbery, burglary and criminal trespassing against Dorian Coral Jeri-Greene were dismissed at his preliminary hearing Wednesday by District Judge Eric Porter.

Washington County District Attorney Jason Walsh confirmed the alleged victim would not testify.

Jeri-Greene had been accused of breaking into his ex-girlfriend’s Donora home and assaulting her.

Walsh said that after the charges were dismissed, Jeri-Greene was taken to Westmoreland County jail where he is being held without bond on charges of criminal homicide, robbery, burglary and theft by unlawful taking.

Jeri-Greene, 39, is scheduled to appear for a preliminary hearing before District Judge Wayne Vlasic at 1:30 p.m. June 19 on the Westmoreland charges.

Westmoreland County detectives allege that the morning of April 11, Jeri-Greene entered the home of 24-year-old Jennah Marie Seibert at 400 Lenity School Road and shot her multiple times with an AR-15.

Online court records list Jeri-Greene’s home address as Bowie, Md. At the time of the shooting, he had been staying in a detached garage at 321 Lookout Ave., Monongahela.

Charging documents state that Jeri-Greene entered Seibert’s home after her fiance left for work that day at about 7:41 a.m. Investigators state he cut the home’s electricity by removing the electrical meter from its housing.

Jeri-Greene is accused of stealing several pieces of jewelry and Seibert’s Lexus SUV.

Investigators were able to use traffic cameras to track the SUV as it was driven to Monongahela, where surveillance footage captured Jeri-Greene purchasing cigarettes from the 7-Eleven at 200 Dry Road.

Court records state that Jeri-Greene left the car in a parking lot in New Eagle, where police later found it.

Last month, Tampa Police in Florida arrested Jeri-Greene on a fugitive warrant related to the now-dismissed Washington County case.

According to the criminal complaint, Jeri-Greene sold jewelry stolen from Seibert’s home to a pawn shop in Florida.
