Grindstone man accused of threatening ex with box cutter

A Grindstone man is being held without bail after allegedly breaking into his ex-girlfriend’s Menallen Township home and threatening her and another woman on Tuesday.
State police said Edgar Franklin Yoders, 30, broke into Diouballque Lewis’s home around 4:30 a.m. while she and her girlfriend, Denise Baker, were sleeping. According to the complaint, police apprehended Yoders before he could leave the house and found multiple knives and drug paraphernalia in his possession.
Police said Yoders also tried twice earlier to break into Lewis’s home.
Along with felony burglary,
Yoders faces 19 charges, including burglary, terroristic threats, false imprisonment and criminal trespassing.
