Gregory Steven Morris, 68, faces a felony charge of aggravated assault, and misdemeanors of terroristic threats, simple assault and reckless endangerment. East Washington police charged a man with a felony of aggravated assault Saturday after he was accused of assaulting a police officer while being arrested. Tyler Alan Lash, 30, of Washington, also faces misdemeanor charges of endangering the welfare of children and resisting arrest. According to the criminal complaint, at about 11 p.m. police were called to the 100 block of South Wade Street for a report of two men fighting.
