Stephen Kozakovsky, 30, is charged with endangering the welfare of children and recklessly endangering another person. Fire heavily damaged a mobile home in Henry Clay Township over the weekend, but no injuries were reported. Crews were called to 160 Meyers Drive shortly before noon Saturday for the fire at the mobile home near the Jockey Hollow boat ramp on Youghiogheny Lake. No one was injured in the blaze, which took less than an hour for crews to battle, Fayette County Emergency Management spokeswoman Sue Kozak-Griffith said.
